I haven’t quite found this to be true.  Sure the summer is a time when everyone is going away for camping trips and vacations but during the winter we seem to get a blizzard a week.  Oh Boston you’re my home.

Nights out telling jokes and making money have been replaced by nights in watching netflix and watching more netflix.

At least I got to meet this cool duck while shoveling out my walkway.

Monday:  I had to cancel the show at Sally O’Briens due to the snow storm.  There will be a show there tonight however, and every Monday from now on.  7:30pm.

Tuesday:  We were able to have the show at Stadium in Quincy but the train was still being difficult so it was a bit slower than I would expect and I was physically drained from removing snow from a roof all day so I probably didn’t have as much energy on stage as I usually would.

Wednesday:  I didn’t feel the need to get on stage.  I decided to just stay home and relax.

Thursday:   I headlined a show at the Good Life bar in Boston.  And by headlined I mean did 30 minutes and went last.  I didn’t do a full hour or anything.

Friday:  Spent the night with my girlfriend.  We both had shows scheduled for Valentines day so we hung out the night before instead.  Nothing big.  A movie a pizza and a few drinks.  That’s our Valentine’s day tradition.

Saturday:  I hosted two shows at the Kowloon in Saugus.  I was afraid they were going to be cancelled because of the blizzard but luckily it held off just long enough for us to get these two shows in.  I’m ever grateful  to Michelle at the Kowloon for booking me there and allowing me to work with these great headliners while also making some money.

Sunday….  I got to see Dairy Queen buried by a blizzard.
